• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping Charges:
• Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
• Standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies otherwise.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please note the following:
• Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Request Window: You must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us at blessedbharat27@gmail.com.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Products purchased during sales/discounts (unless defective).
• Customized or personalized items.

3. Refunds
• After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
